This has been explained before but I forgot what it really does.
I guess one thing was raising the morale.
But it does not lower the fatigue. |

You cannot reduce fatigue. This is a matter of good season planning and individual fitness plans so that your riders are fit until the end of the season or their last race, what ever comes first. |

I don't understand. Are you talking about a single race?
I never did that but I guess you just have to compare all your riders which are in the same race. Find one which has a very low bar and one which has a high bar and then compare their lines in the editor. |

I mean on the editor there is a Fitness Form Fatigue Tab wich I think is the overall Fatigue in the season, and there is a Total Green Used Tab wich increase from day to day in a Tour. But for me its no clear what this Tab is and if is there a way to make it decrease with no training. Sorry for my bad english. |

That depends on the recuperation stat and the effort made the previous stage (how much green bar was left).
It defines how much green bar is available the next stage, and can only be increased/maintained with a significantly lower effort during the stage.

I thought what defines how much green bar is available the next stage was the Tab value_f_compute_recup. What determines then this Tab??? |

Don't take my answers for 100% correct, there might always come someone pointing out that I'm wrong
