Yes. Right click -> Save As
Then open it in Paint.Net and export it to .tga format, and place it in the team's folder.

Sure. That`s the sense of the database.
You just need to rightclick and save the picture. Then save it with Paint.NET for example as TGA or DDS and copy it in the right folder.
There are plenty of tutorials how to do this. |

Why do shirtmakers have to upload the .tga file, when uploading, when it isn't downloadable?

You can of course also download the TGA directly.
But I think most shirts there have no uploaded TGA. |

No star for me? Just at the PNG/JPG one.
@strongarm: Don`t know what`s the problem. Try to left click on it as it might be zoomed then. Or click open image first and then save picture.
Or try another browser. |

They don't have to. It's optional. You can leave the field blank if you want to. But when there is a TGA-file, it is downloadable.
For an example, take a look at this shirt: https://pcmdaily.c...p;team=494
There's a link saying "Download TGA". |

Strongarm,
paint.net is the correct application. You can also use GiMP or Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.
Save the shirt file to your system.
Open the (probably .png file) in Paint.net
Export or save this file to .tga format
Place it in the team's folder - you can find the team's folder by searching the DB, if it isn't obvious
There are plenty of tutorials/guides in the forums on this - try the search feature if you need more help. Good luck.
It was eleven more than necessary.
