I'm working with Adria Mobil in my first season and I win a lot but I'm looking for a lot of good riders for the pro tour, because I have only 16 drivers, of which there are numerous riders I'll not give a contract to for next season.
So I want 15 riders (squad of 25 riders), of which, of course, talents, but also other riders, but I do not know who to pick, my budget is obviously not unlimited, so I cannot sign leaders as nibali, evans, gilbert or cancellara...


Climbers: Gerdemann, Fuglsang, Moreno, Péraud, Löfkvist, Cataldo, De Greef, Sella, Talansky, Kiserlovski, Sutherland, R. Costa, Guldhammer,

hills: Sagan, Albasini, Poels, Vichot

sprint: Duque, Kittel, Appollonio, Degenkolb, Bole, Ginanni, Guardini

cobbles: Roelandts, Thomas, Rast, Rosseler, Tjallingi

TT: Westra, Phinney

Which would you sign with Adria Mobil?

You can give me also other riders, than I can look if they will be free at the end of the season

Personally I'd go for the younger and more talented - they should be less expensive and with proper training shortly have better stats then the older, more recognised and expensive riders.

Unless you do not plan in a long term, I'd go for Kiserlovsky, Costa, Sagan, Poels, Kittel, Phinney.

Won't help you with cobblers as I've never bothered with this type of races.

I'll certainly go for Sagan and Phinney (he's not expensive)
