get new serials, and installing on 2 computers?

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 24-07-2011 PCM$: 200.00	hey, im not entirely sure if i have put this thread in the right forum, but i will give it a shot anyways! i am buying pcm 11 from a friend who has now bought pcm 12, but he says that he has already used his 3 serials, is there anyway that you could renew them? i have heard some talk about just sending an email to pcm, but is this true? and sorry for first posting in danish.. i thought that this was the danish pcm forum!
