A very simple question really.... if someone is managing a Continental team in PCM and finishes at the top of the Continental rankings will they simply move up to Pro Continental in the following season, or will they go straight into the World Tour?

The team I'm managing in the game came 20th in season 1 and thankfully weren't promoted to Pro Continental. This season we are currently 2nd and if we continue performing I can see us being in the top 3. However, I don't want to risk jumping past Pro Continental, even if it means underperforming in races on purpose.

No, there's no way a team can promote from Continental Tour to WT in one year.
