Sponsor expectations

Hi there,

Is there news about a new patch with realistic sponsor expectations?
For example: I started an career with Androni Giocattoli (Rujano) and the sponsors want me to reach podium in the grand tours, but I don't even get a wildcard for these races.
Maybee someone on the forum know anything about this?

This is a problem since several years now.
Cyanide seems to not care about these smaller teams.
But Cyanide also forgot to implement any management function into the game, so it doesn't matter if you reach the goals or not.

Strange, because I think that when you bought a game at least a patch must be developed to make it correct. Cyanide is the one who give the buyer expectations on this part of the game...

Pro Cycling Manager has evolved more and more towards delivering a great 3D experience that resembles what you see on television Wink

I can see why they do it because it definitely sells more than having a solid management part that only 10% of the players know how to handle.

I don't need the extreme management features as in Football manager.

But at the moment most of the interfaces do nothing:
- Sponsor goals: No purpose
- Sponsor satisfaction (races, results, recruitment): No purpose
- Equipment (Bikes, Wheels, Helmets): No use other then optics
- Scouting: Works only partial (Sponsoring young riders)

I agree with you Wink more than anything a great management part could really put some fun in the game.

I'm looking into making a better game but that is no easy task and may never see the light of day Smile
