No "settings" button

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 05-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Hey! I buyed the game on steam and after downloading i started the game. I know from videos ive seen that the setting/option button is up in the right. My resolution is wrong so i cant se the button. What to do? tried to change resolution on the pc but it didnt work!

Tour de France Champion Posts: 27880 Joined: 20-10-2006 PCM$: 200.00	You can manually change the screen resolution in My Docs/PCM/Config/GraphicConfiguration.xml. Just open it with Notepad and change the first two lines.
