Problem with U23 races

This is my third year in my career but for the first time I experienced problems during simulation of U23 races. Game crashes and I can't skip it.
I tried to deactivate all U23 races or even delete them but I can't do it using PCM Fast Editor.
Could anyone help me with this problem? |

Are you sure it's related to the U23 races?
Did you try skipping a day? |

If you skip a day using an editor, then this day will not be simulated any longer.
Therefore either you don't know how to skip the day, you did it wrongly or you meant something else. |

So could you explain me how could I skip a day using PCM Fast Editor?

@peter7890: You should be able to find the instructions with help of the forum search. If not, ask again.
@greatmikey: You cannot actively race them but they young riders which are not in any pro teams participate in these races and the results are shown in the appropriate interface. Either read the manual or click through all the interfaces in the game. |

No, it wouldn't. How should that work?
Most teams don't have enough young riders anyway. |
