Cant open PCM in Steam

Amateur Posts: 5 Joined: 04-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	I've purchased and downloaded the game PCM 2012 from steam now that the problem is that steam does not let me update or open the game. it says (This game is inaccessible now is lacking) any1 know how two make it work with steam?

That said, I already saw some thread about steam, maybe use the search to the left. If nothing helps, then you should consider contacting the official support from either Steam or Cyanide.
