Cant open PCM in Steam

Amateur Posts: 5 Joined: 04-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	I've purchased and downloaded the game PCM 2012 from steam now that the problem is that steam does not let me update or open the game. it says (This game is inaccessible now is lacking) any1 know how two make it work with steam?

Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	It does not help if you ask the same question twice. That said, I already saw some thread about steam, maybe use the search to the left. If nothing helps, then you should consider contacting the official support from either Steam or Cyanide.

Amateur Posts: 5 Joined: 04-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Sry for that, i have allready contacted the steam support but no answer, so you dont know anything about steam? then i try to run in PCM.exe it says d3dx9_28.dll mayby it will work?
