Game doesn't start

Today i recieved my copy of PCM 2012. Unfortunatly i cant get it to work. I have installed it on 2 totally diferent computers, with different video cards. When i click play, the loading cirkel appears for a few seconds and then dissapears. Nothing happens at all. When i was looking for solutions, i found out that i dont have a PCM 2012 folder in my my documents map. I also dont have a pcm2012 folder in appdata/roaming.
I have windows 7 by the way.
Any idea's?

try to start the game directly by double clicking PCM.exe

Thanks for responding,
Unfortunatly those fixes dont work for me. I already run the game as admin, and i dont have a my documents PCM folder. Anti virus is not the problem since one of my computers doesnt have one at the moment.
I will mail technical support, if i have a solution i will provide it here. |

The folder in my documents will only created once the game starts. So obviously the game never started properly. Did you try that videos hint? |

I renamed the video's, but still nothing happens when i click the exe or the autorun. I dont understand it. |

Did you check if there is a process running after you double clicked PCM.exe
(Process = The other tab in the task manager) |

Yeah i did that, first few seconds it uses some of the computers CPU, and then it slowley fades away. After that it just dissapears from the list. Also tried to shut down the anti virus. |

I guess it is better you contact the support. Link should be in the mail if you bought the download version or in the booklet if you bought the DVD |

I have contacted them a few hours ago, i will keep you updated. Its a very strange fact that it doesnt work, because i can easily run much bigger games on highest levels etc. |

I had same problem on PCM11 and 12.
when I played PCM11, I solved this problem by making another user on win 7.
I guess this problem's cause is some registry error. because I tried uninstall all files, but It's not solved. and if you uninstalled PCM, Registry data (for PCM) is exist yet.
So I made another user on my PC, then PCM11 works.
(PCM11 doesn't works still on admin user, and strangely PCM12 doesn't works too on admin.)
