Help with an issue

Hi friends!, I'm PCM fan and i've been buying physical edition since 2009, this year, knowing that 2012 would be also available in Steam, bought a Legit CD Key and decided to activate it. But i found that Retail version activation is not yet enabled in Steam for PCM 2012.

What can i do? Any legit download or should i wait that anyone would do a "security copy" and share it?.

Thanks for advance, and excuse me if this thread breaks any rule, it wasn't my intention, but i'm lost.

As far as I know, you can buy either the DVD or the download-version from official stores. In both cases you receive the key and the software.
If it was a second hand seller, then the seller should provide you the software installation files.

I didn't see anyone mention that you can buy a key for Steam at other sites than Steam. For example, Focus' download serial doesn't work with Steam.

So it sounds to me like you've been ripped off.

Thanks for the answer, i talked with the support team and they provided me the download link , at first moment, they just sell the CD Key, and if you don't ask the link they only send this to your mail. Anyway i have to say that it's not official Store , saved lot of money (costed me around 20€ when prize can be 39€). As i said before, thank you for the fast anwser, and hope the download will be fast for starting.
