PCM buy function? Can someone please make at DB where you beiing able to buy and sell your riders. Like 2008. It was awesome and imagen if you could sell your talents for money instead of just sell them free

I don't think that's possible. The only ones to be able to do that is Cyanide.

I guess with YOU you mean the DB makers. These person change the database not the game itself. Only Cyanide can change the game.

It is not even possible for Cyanide, at the moment they are busy fixing bugs and then the go on summer holiday. And after the holidays, the start programming PCM 2013.

Because that's hard coded in the game, not something you can change in the DB.

I don't miss it. Real live cycling teams cannot sell employees, so why should you do it in the game. This is not football.
