Can I play PCM 12?

This is my computer:
Inter Core 2 QUAD CPU Q8200 2.33Ghz
Memory: 4 GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE
Total Memory: 1649 MB (but I think this is 128 MB and it is shared with the RAM memory, if that is possible)

I can play PCM 11 without any spectators, so low on detail.

But still I want to buy PCM 12 just not sure if I can run it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If PCM11 works, PCM12 is very, very likely to work too.
