database problem

I've read in the info that there are databases where the skills of the riders not go up (an error in the database so). I hope that this is not the case in DB vrai nom PCM 11! has anyone this database and can he tell me that this is ok (no error) ... + after how many weeks/months would riders go up (if they have 5 or 6 stars), I train them specifically, I've read that it goes faster if you get them custom trains, is it true? ...

You should always play with databases which are compatible to the patch you have installed. And I am pretty sure that the "vrai nom DB" is not compatible with the latest patch.

It takes months before a rider improves. It depends on the speed you set at the start of the career but also on the trainer. But it is also somehow random, a rider could explode in the first part of his career or only improve slowly over many years.

I don't know what you mean with "custom trains". But of course you have to make sure that the riders are training correctly. It makes no sense to train the sprinting abilities when the riders has no stars there. But normally the game sets it correct automatically.
