How to Open ports?

Hi,
i know, its already a thread about this. I read that. In the matter of fact, i read all the guides to port forwarding. I still get no results.
I turned my firewalls off.
I tried with dynamic and static ip adresses.
Yes, at the router settings i gave everything correctly. TCP 17851 to 17851 UDP 3033 to 3033, ip adress is my computer adress.
I bought the game, supported pcmdaily, and i got still nothing. I'm very dissappointed. Pls someone help me!

Odds are your router is not opened to the correct IP address.

Please go to the commander window, do this by pressing 'start' -> 'run...' and typing 'cmd'.

Now type ipconfig to find the IP address you're using, then make sure the routers has the correct IP address in combination with the open ports.
