Game stop working

My Pro Cycling Manager 2012 has stopped working.

game reports an error during startup loader and the game ends.

I have reinstalled the game twice, but it still does not work ..

How do I remove the game completely. When I tried to reinstall, it remembered my license number. So it has not removed all

Did you try deleting the PCM folder in My Documents?

yes.. nothing changes... trying to download the game from the shop again..

How about the PCM folder in Application Data?

(Press the Windows button, type in %AppData%, enter, delete the PCM folder)

now it works.. Thank you... the "appData" was the key to make it work
