Domestique Posts: 529 Joined: 13-12-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Hi all, i just wonderd, if i make a custom rider (young cyclist) i alwys overpower them... how can i create a 'proper' new rider without overpowering it...thnx in advance greets

Then decide if he's going to be a superstar as Gilbert or Cavendish, or a pretty good one as Kiryienka or Quinziato. If it's going to be the first one (and let's say you want a sprinter), make stats in the mid 60's to start with (with potential of 8, and 65, he'll go to 80-85). Else, simply lower them...

Under 23 Posts: 69 Joined: 16-07-2008 PCM$: 200.00	I find the easiest way is comparison. Have a look at other riders with a similar age, potential and specialty and go from there. If you see that all sprinters under 20 with a potential of 6-8 have a hills rating between 58 & 63 for example, that tells you how to rate yours.
