Can't start a career

I have a annoying problem! I just bought pcm 2012 and after I downloaded the game , I installed a db and the patches. But I can't start a career ; everytime I try , the game crashes. Can anyone please help ? :S

What happens? Is it just the same windows for a long time? I've that too but after 1-2min the career starts.

When I click on career , there appears a window saying pcm doesn't work anyomore and it shuts down :S

You can always reset the game by deleting the PCM-folder in My Documents and the one in Application Data (start menu, type in %AppData%, enter).
