I have downloaded the game and installed it, but 4-5 secs after I push play I get a white/black screen. Like its trying to start a video then fails. I dont get any error messages, it just shut down.
This is what I`v tried to do:

1) Go to Documents > Pro Cycling Manager 2012 > Config
2) Open the file GraphicConfiguration.xml (e.g. with Notepad)
3) Change <Fullscreen>true</Fullscreen> into <Fullscreen>false</Fullscreen>
4) Save the file (don't change name or location)
5) Launch the game (normally in windowed mode)
6) Now you'll be able to change the screen resolution in Options
