Creating a database like that costs a lot of time, so I think it would be best to just wait for the moment that CrueTrue or one of the others will post information.

Nothing is sure yet guys. It might come next week, it might come 4 weeks from now. It's depends on how much each individual in the project has time right now, saying myself, Luigi and Mike will have next week free, that will mean the DB should advance a lot in the next week 
You'll hear more from the announcement

Why does cyanide f*cks up the db's ingame. I really hate some names such as Carbonara=Cancellara. No wonder the game isnt that popular. Allthough I like it.  |

They don't have the licence of RNT and some other teams

It's just a matter of money, Cyanide has a certain amount of money to buy the licenses, if teams don't want to sell the license or if they ask too much money, Cyanide can't buy the license and therefore can't use the real names/looks of the riders/teams.
Therefore we are very lucky that communities such as PCM.daily exist and that they spend so much time to adjust and expand the original database to the real teams, names, equipment, etc.
