prepare petacchi for le Tour

I´m now playing with Team Milram and they have many good sprinters, as you can see. One of the goals is o get the points jersey in the tour. an another goal is to get it in the giro. But I now that it´s impossible to get the points jersey in 2006 giro d italia. there´re too many mountain stages, so u cant get enough points, even how hard you try.
so I was wondering (petacchi wants to ride both the giro and the tour) of play like 10 stages with petacchi, and then I will take him away from the giro, and then prepare him for the tour. I don´t want to tire him out when the tour start.
will he get depressed if I take him away????? |

From Giro i think yes but do a trick win one two races with him and them abandone with him just to be happy 1-2 stages

I actually don't think it will affect his morale if you retire him, just as long as you start him in the race.
