Hello,
Anyone else without an option to attack at a specified distance to finish in a detailed simulation for leaders (cant set the distance in km) ?
To me this looks like a major bug as quick simulation is a joke and detailed also withouut this option.

I believe lots of people are seeing this issue, from this forum and the official forum. I don't sim stages so I can't say I have seen it myself. Hope for a patch to address it. Try reporting it on the official forum.
It was eleven more than necessary.

Noted the same problem. Hope it will be fix in the next patch. Also, at least in the PCM2011 version, can you fix the apperance of national team riders within your home team screen? I am not at the national riders stage jet. Anyway, was very confusing because the name you assigned from the drop down always changed. After klicking on a other rider and then back to the previouse, the choosen name was changed to a different one from the list. |

I found another issue with the detailed simulation. Not sure if it has something to do with the stage but my helpers for my sprinter just support him until the last sprint point NOT till the finish line.
All riders drop to the end of the palaton while my sprinter is on it's own. That can not be right? I have two riders protecting him and another two (also sprinter) supporting him for the "final sprint". But it is just not happening. Why? |

this is very annoying as i am now unable to do a detailed simulation as my riders in this case the schlecks are not attacking like they should and they then do not gain the gc standings like they should.

Indeed very annoying, and it kinda makes the game unplayable. Does anyone know if this has been fixed or is going to be fixed any time soon? |

Simulation has never worked properly. If you're participating in a race, and you care about it, you should play it in 3D. It's very unlikely that simulation is going to be improved majorly. |

I appricate that the side admin comments on the issue. I must admit however that the comment sounds to me a bit discouraging. If obviously quite some customers like to play the game in detailed simulation, it should be considered as a part to be improved.
I mean, in the PCM 2011 version the detailed simulation was working to most peoples liking. I assume. Question is, why is it not working now?
And just to the point, if someone cares about a race he should play it 3D. It also should be considered that it is not a smooth flow in the grafic (also depending on the hardware) and it is time consuming. After all PCM is a simulation game. For people like me who play it like a manager game, the 3D option is not the best choice. Just like playing a football manager. Development of riders and career objectives are more of a priority then the 3D mode.

Thanks for the link Lachi but, well speak to the officials is funny. I am not that good in french so I can't really speak to them. I don't even find the proper threat there.
But just out of curiousity, is this fan page somehow communication with the offical site? I mean what is the purpouse of the technical issue threats then??? To just friendly discuss them?
Anyway thank you for the heads up, I thought it is the english side where all comments still end up by the guys how created the game. |

That said, several of the programmers are registered here and come by from time to time. But if you want to be sure, you will have to post at the official site.
I'm pretty sure they are aware of the problems with simulation, though. After all, it hasn't worked properly since ... ever  |

Well, people speking about everything staying the same with detailed simulation, obviously never used detailed simulation.
I own PCM 2010 and attack in detailed simulation works OK.
While this option is present in PCM 2012 and not working.
This looks like solved issue in 4th patch though.
