Source file is corrupted

I downloaded the game using the download manager and i clicked install then i chose the language for the setup and after i clicked ok an error comes up that says

Source file is corrupted


and now i can't install the game.Sad I have been downloading it all day and really been looking forward to playing.

Does anybody know how to fix this? Any help is appreciated.

You'd need to re-download the files, kimosabe. It got corrupted during download, somehow. Try without the download manager, i.e. just click the file links on the page.
It was eleven more than necessary.
