Games refuses to start

The game was running fine, but sometime ago, the game started crashing really often at the start. I deleted some of the saves (thinking it was a corrupt save) and it got fixed. Now, in the last two days, the game doesn't start. I open it and it says ''PCM has stopped working'' and it closes.

What should i do?

Did you try deleting the saves again?
