Sky is nice to play, they have a few riders such as Wiggins, Boasson Hagen and Flecha who are great, but just not the best. Playing with Cavendish may be a bit boring, through.
I'm not a fan of Movistar, and I don't think it's fun to play with them either.
RSNT is okay, but of course, a bit over the top. Perhaps make it realistic and let the Schlecks go after this season, and see what Fuglsang can do?
My vote is for Sky, but it only wins slightly over RSNT.
I would recommend RSNT no doubt and give them a kick to the Schlecks in the ass
A great pair of reinforcements to cover their losses and wait and see how they do Klodi, Fuglsang ...
It is difficult to find a reliable substitute To opt to Tour, Contador, Andy, Wiggo and Evans are the tops ... Nibali, Gesink, Levi ... are less safe alternatives but if you're looking to dominate the Tour.
Of course Sky is the more reliable alternative ... probably win most of the sprints, some important classical, many small round and possibly a GT.
I like many of his runners (Flecha, BH, Uran, Henao, Froome, Thomas, Switf, Wiggo ...) but it certainly Cav makes them much higher .
They are very funny, with many choices, good equipment, good jersey ... but again, perhaps too superior.
However there are many fun options to start a game.
Lampre Scarponi_Cunego_Petacchi with his trident.
Liquigás with Nibali_Sagan
Garmin Farrar_Hesjedal_Martin and many more
OPQS with Levi_Boonen_Martin ...
BMC with Evans_Gilbert_Hushovd
Katusha with Purito_Menchov_Freire
But without doubt, one of my recommendations for a story would Gesink_Mollema_Kruiswijk_Slagter_Bol ... Rabobank ... the best quarry in the world, one of the longest running cycling teams ... definitely an experience

I would like to see you dump the schlecks and not bring in anyone... It would be entertaining with Klodie, Fugslang, and Horner as coleaders for the Tour imo.
Another option is to bring in Levi (he probably wouldn't have left if the Schlecks didn't come to Radioshack).
