Hey,
I really need help because nexway is ignoring me.
After the last format of my hard drive i wanted to reinstall my PCM 10.
Of course, i saved the installation file before.
When i want to execute the file now, my PC is always asking for a disk.
There is also a pop up with the message that the "PCM2010_edsf_efgis-nlpt-1.bin" file is not found.
I know the PCM 10 is a bit old but help would be great!!

Are you sure you saved all 3 or 4 installation files?
If yes, make sure that they are all in the same folder

I only had 1 installation file from the beginning.
Do you have another idea?

I am pretty sure that the installation consisted of several files, maybe you only have the download manager.

Did you ask Nexway to send you the download link again? If you contact them, you should be using the same e-mail address you used to order the game.

Mmhh, that was the only file i could find before i formated my hard drive.

I also asked Nexway for a new download link but as i already mentioned above. They are totally ignoring me. I'm using the same e-mail address i used to order the game.
