Hi all! I am new to the forum although I have enough time playing PCM.

I wanted to ask how can I import old games after reinstall the game.

You will see PCM07 I was playing until one day when I start it told me that "PCM stopped working" and I went out to windows. Reinstall the game and it works but when I copy old games in the folder the game told me the same error. I wonder if there's any way to regain these games that I have saved and continue playing with them.

If the game crashes because of the save, then obviously the save is corrupt.
If you never did a backup of your save, then you have no chance but a new career.
