If you want to get the best time possible in a short TTT, do you have to look at the prologue or TT stat? |

What stat is used depends on the length of the time trial.
I don't know the exact scale, but it goes something like this:
<5km, 100% PRL
5-10 km, 80% PRL, 20% TT
10-15km, 60% PRL, 40% TT
15-20km, 40% PRL. 60% TT
20-25km, 20% PRL, 80% TT
>25km, 100% TT |
