Unable to change avatar?

I realise this is probably in the wrong topic, but I didn't know where else to ask. I've tried changing (actually just adding) an avatar. But it doesn't seem to work, it's only about 1kb, so it isn't too large. At 'Edit Profile', I just try to upload it, but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help me please? Thanks,

Are you sure it's the right size as well ? ( 100x100 )

Upload the picture you want to use as your avatar here and I'll check it for you.

I can't seem to upload it here as well. When I've clicked on the picture I want to upload, its name appears, but when I click: preview message, I see that it just says: browse, again.

Are there any spaces in the file name?

I think that causes problems.
