cant open the program

Everytime i run pro cycling manager, the advertisment comes cyanid, and ngs but when i click (esc) to skip them the hole thing shut down and says that pcm 2011 has stopped working.
And even if i just let the adverts go by themself it still says that pcm has stopped working. '
I,ve tried reinstall. I have taken out all the databases and patches but still the same. What could it be ?

Have you tried to delete the files in the Video-folder? Since you have NGS in the game (the Nordic distributor) the path is Programmer/Cyanide/PCM11
