crashing cause of sponser search

I have already got my new sponser for the next few seasons, but i still had a different sponser searcher searching for sponsers at the time, and now his finished his search and i got a message saying so and to click "accept", whenver i try this though the game crashes, please help!

You have to edit your save. You have to delete the mail.
Sorry, I have no time to explain in detail but instructions can be found in this forum, try the forum search to the left.

First delete all mails in the game, this makes it easier to spot the problem. Then quit the game.

How to delete the mail:
Open your save with an editor. (for example take the editor in my signature)
Go to the table DYN_news.
Delete the line which is making problems (should be the only one, see above)
Now you need to save the changes. (This is different in all editors but in my editor you would have to "Export to cdb"Wink

You could make a backup of your save before you start editing or save the changes under another name to prevent messing it up even further.
