Game wont work

Everytime i open my game, the screen goes black, the music plays, and then it goes off and i get a message saying that it has encoured a problem and needs to close, and asks if i want to send an error report, what ever that is? please help me!

1. Un-install the game.

2. When un-installed, go to Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Pro Cycling Manager 2007 and delete all the folders. If you cant get to that folder you ust go into Tools and Folder Options..., then click "show hidden folders"

3. Now re-install the game.

if it still doesn't work then i will have another goPfft
