When I go on the game the logos for the team don't show up it just comes up with a pink square |

Have you tried re-installing the game+database updates yet? Because you often get pink logos/flags/equipment if you don't install database updates as instructed. |

How do you do that? I haven't installed any new databases and I am. Running on v 1.4.2 I think and the kits are wrong as well does anyone have the team logos and the kits in a file? |

Everything is fine now but some kits are missing and so are the logos for the team. Also some photos are missing as well. Are there any downloads ? |

PCM spot should work. You don't have to save all file somewhere else, just install it properly and make sure you use the right local.cdb.
