PCM Does nothing

Hello,
I just got PCM 11 and installed it. My computer should be able to run it but when I start it, normally and as administrator it does completely nothing. When I retry to start it it'll say that the proces is already running.
Any solutions?

Small add-on.
After about 10-20 mins I can start it again. But it'll still do nothing, not even a black/white screen...

Update 2:
It asked me to instal drivers or somethink like that. I pressed yes and it got stuck there now....

Already updated the drivers, no key issues and had other thing closed.
The fact is that the proces itself starts but it doesn't pop-up the game
EDIT: Same happens when trying to open the DB Editor.

Think I found a possible reason.
It asked me to install the drivers, but I can't.
Can someone send me the files needed?

As far as I know, this is not possible. You have to install them.
Furthermore nobody would know which files you need anyway.
Try to login to your computer as admin.
