Reinstalled pcm 2011

I got the current problem, I formatted my pc, I reinstalled the game
And now I got the option to either make a new profile, or get my old account info

But no were to be seen were to put account info to log in my old

Then I did some research, and found I had to make a new account with same account info, wich I tryed to do, but what ever I put there, it keeps saying errors, like I didn't put anything there, " not used enough karakters etc
And that my key ain't right

Any solutiion for this problem?

I did it many times before, so it definitively works if you put in the same information as before. If you cannot remember, just create a new one, after formatting your HDD there is nothing left from your old profile anyway.

BTW: Make sure to enter the multiplayer key, when creating a profile.
