A friend of mine has NHL 2007 and he's pretty good with it. He just ordered the 2008 version. |

I usually don't like EA games what with them being extremely arcadey, but as usual, I'll give NHL 08 a whirl if I manage to get my hands on it for a short while

I really like EA games (except Fifa). They all years add something to the games. In NHL they added very exciting things, and they did the same to NBA 08 (I love NBA so, another to buy)

uhm...you've intrigued me. I'll have a look at the new features of NBA Live.

Absolutely agreed...This year I will have all collection for PC, NBA, Madden, NHL...
FIFA is the worst element, this year version doesn't seem to have SO MUCH BETTER graphics...the same from last year...Bah

They added the "Go to moves". It's a new feature that they give us the chance to make the same moves that Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzky or Dwayne Wade do to shoot.

Last year they changed the gameplay a lot (I have 06 and 07 and it's clear the difference) but they didn't managed to input reality to the game, they never can.
EDIT: About Madden, I don't like it to PC because i don't have any joystick or something like that to play. If i had i would play it to

I love Madden, doing those 60 yard passes to touchdown...
Just one question: what is the date of release for NBA 08? NBA is my favourite game of EA Sports...I have 07 for PS2 and PSP...very nice.

EA games are always more indicated to console versions. You need to use all the sticks the all those things. But i always buy to PC
EDIT: Just checked the EA Sports official site to NBA 08 and they added a new type of simulation. Like on Fifa. You can enter the game any time. How cool is that???

No, just for PC...I always played Madden on it, since the demo of 04...
That kind of games is difficult to find here for PSP, and the last I bought for it was 4 months ago...

You can play the games on PC, you just need a controller, and thats half the price of a videogame. |

Agreed. I bought a controller a few months ago, and I have never enjoyed playing on my PC as much as I do now. |
