but how do i add the Vuelta Columbia tour! into my game! and where do i get it!
looks really awsum! and since my main cyclist is from columbia! it wud b gr8!

The Vuelta a Colombia is definately in PCM Spain, there are screenshots of it.

oh yes sorry, i forgot about them, i just looked at the calendar and couldn't see it, probably missed it or has been added after the calendar pic was taken
