Big Problem with ITT ( Prologue tour de France )

Firstable, sorry for my english, I'm French.
Yesterday, I downloaded PCM Daily 2012. I started a Tour de France this morning but I've got a big issue with the first stage... Sad
I took Radioshack team and my racers (?) always arrive 1 or 2 minutes after the other.
The green "item" (sorry...) doesn't move while the race goes on so i can't adjust the effort degree of my man.
But, worse, I looked at a video on youtube and tried to do the same but no, one minute behind the others and last of the race :-(
Impossible to find a good tutorial...

How do you mean the Green-Bar doesn't move? That would be meaning that you are riding to slow for the riders capacities. You should keep both bars equal during the TT.

the green bar doesn't move too much if the effort is left at 50

although for prologues, try to keep it above 80 (at least)
of course, you've always got the weaker earlier riders to experiment with (84 or 85 or 86) before the team favourites come out

when your rider sets off make sure that the lightbulb is off, and that the effort is over 80 for prologues.

The yellow and green bars should decrease at the same rate.
