Hi, quick question for the experienced players around here:
I have two trainers in Radioshack. Should I hire more? And mainly - should I assign a trainer to each one of my riders? I've noticed that about half of my riders have no trainer assigned.

Each trainer should have 8 riders each too get the most from the money. If there are more than 8 riders, the effect will drop, and it is up to you if you want to spend the money on an extra trainer. If your team is with many old potentialless riders, you probably don't need an extra.

The trainer is good for stat improvement but it will only affect the speed of improvement.
If you have (young) riders which have some stars left then you should assign a trainer.
But have a look at the abilities of the trainers, it makes no sense to assign a trainer with sprinting stat of 1 to a young sprinter.

(As far as I know, the game uses a default trainer for all riders without trainer. It makes no sense to use trainers which are weaker than that default trainer.)
