i have some questions without an answer in old threads.
1) when my sponsor expire: good results affects next sponsor budget or is it fixed for any sponsor?
2) at the end of the season what happens to the remaining money?
the current budget will be resetted? |

1) Your results doesn't have any serious impact at all. If your sponsor expire you have to look for a new sponsor at the beginning of the season. Once your Agent found a new sponsor you can negotiate the budget. After signing the new contract your budget is fixed at the same level till the contract will expire, as far as I know.
2) You will keep your bank balance. |

1) i am at first year with a custom team (with very bad riders), so i can find a rich sponsor for next year, without good results too...? |

To be honest, the whole management part of this game is one huge bug.
I don't care that much about the contracts, equipment and sponsors because you can fix it easily using an editor. Therefore I never programmed a tool for these problems, but without my season planner I would have stopped playing this game a long time ago. |

The planner has a description how to use it.
I have no specific solution for the sponsors because I just edit everything with an editor. For example if I play with a continental team, I think it is very stupid that the doctor costs more then half of my riders, so I fix the wages of my staff and riders. Then I change the budget accordingly. When playing with a DB like daily, I don't have to fix the equipment because it should work automatically. |

thats hard to keep the game balanced with heavy manual modifications.
i am no so expert about financial system to mod it myself |

If you want to modify the sponsor, then the beta version of my season planner gives your some scenarios. Just keep in mind that the sponsor scenarios don't work if you should search for a new sponsor.

i need you help to recreate a simple old PCM financial system
i will start a new carrer with a custom team.
at first season i will get 480,000/year and i can chose 1,2 or 3 years contract.
i want to do as follow:
1) i want to set 50 years contract (so i never will change sponsor)
2) in 31 december i have to check a number that represent my team prestige/glamor (it should to be a number based on team success)
3) i want to set next annual sponsor payment, baseed on this number
where cani see these infos and how can i modify them?

I am not experienced with customs teams, but if the custom sponsor contract runs longer then one year, you can change the year in the table DYN_sponsor after you started your career. Should not be too hard to find.
If you want to set next years budget, I recommend doing it before July, else you cannot sign more (expensive) riders for next year. That said, I have no clue how to see the success of your team in the DB. But there are quite a few screens in the game, about the sponsor happiness. |

i have a good idea!!!! i need again your help.
if u try to start a carrer and try to looking for a sponsor u can see in your savegame file something like:
in DYN_businessman u can see these salaries:
fkIDfame 4 finan_i_wage 4000
fkIDfame 3 finan_i_wage 3000
fkIDfame 2 finan_i_wage 2000
fame 2 is national
fame 3 is international
fame 4 is mythic
if u dont have enough money u cant start a sposor scouting
i.e. if your bank balance is 2500 u can only start a national scouting, so if we try to change this values as follow:
fkIDfame 4 finan_i_wage 100.000
fkIDfame 3 finan_i_wage 50.000
fkIDfame 2 finan_i_wage 10.000
or so, we are obligated to do a good team with a good bank account before to start a better sponsor reserch.
we need to change this wage not in save game but in some pcm2011 files to active this modification at the start of the carrer.
what can i do? which file i have to open to change default businessman wages?

I think you just have to edit your bank account (DYN_manager if I am not mistaken). Raise it, then search for a sponsor. After you found a sponsor, you can lower the bank account back to normal. |

oh no Lachi  i wasnt lookng for a cheating, i was thinking about a strategy to make the game more difficult about sponsorship.
my final solution is:
first year:
with my custom team i have a sponsor of lvl 1 (regional sponsor) at start;
if my sponsor at the end of the year is very happy (full green bar) then i sign a contract with a lvl 2 sponsor (national sponsor)
second year: if my national sponsor is fully happy(green bar) then i sign with a lvl 3 sponsor (international sponsor),
instead if i get (yellow bar) i will sign agaion with a lvl 2 sponsor (national)
and so for the next years....
i think it is a good way to auto fix this incredible bug about sponsorship.
I spoil my game if i accept one of the bests sponsors of the game just at the first year with a custom team |

About the sponsor scouting:
The sponsor search costs ar per week and not per month.
Also it can take many weeks to find sponsors.
So it is better not to touch these values and instead use your logic. |

i dindt read anything in PcmDaily interview to cyanide about this heavy bug
maybe we will can jump from 3th division to the 1th in 1 year like now? |
