Single Race mode crashes

I have a problem starting any single race mode on my PCM 10 game, whenever i try and start either a classic or a stage race, it crashes after i have selected my team and squad, yet in career mode, every race works fine...

Any suggestions? I'm using the PCM Daily2011.DB

Make sure that the correct DB is selected in the options.
