Giro without Italians

I startet a new career and make the best riders 5 year jounger so that they wouldnt be too old when i reach the Pro Tour since I startet with a costumized team, without top riders. Now im in Year 2016 and im having a Giro without Italians. No Nibali, Cunego, Scarponi, Di Luca, Basso, Petacchi or Garzelli. Is there a way to make them want to take part of the Giro again?
