As my team's average age is quite low (20,65) It could be fun to hear what your's are as I have a theory that I have the youngest team on the CT and the whole management game period. |

I think it's one of the lowest in the ProTour.
And then I have the FFES riders for next season, propably 18-20 years aver. |

So right now (at the Tour Down Under), they will actually be one year older than in the DB? |

Yes. Your calculations did seem a little odd - half of the squad 19-years-olds or somethin. |

Then lets just take my incorrect calculated average age of 20,65 and add it with 1.
Voila. Average age: 21,65.
Still pretty good I think |

If Vande Velde had been sold and I had a FFES rider instead of my empty neo-pro slot, I think my aver. would've been close to 22 as well.
But 21,65 - OMG!
That's YOUNG! Do you have nothin but youth talents, Andy? |

Grivko the second oldest... Well, that says it all, doesn't it...
Who are your captains? Do you aim for promotion, or is the side not that powerful? |

I presume his leaders are Hagen, Grivko, Kreuziger and the current Continental Leader: Ivan Rovny.

Well that is some talented fellows in the prime of their youth...
Cuapio, Vande Velde, Carrara and Ballan are the old routined fellas of the Ferrari side. |

Not gunning for promotion at all. I'm very very surprised to be leading the CT rankings right now, but I won't be for long I'm sure. These first couple of season will be transition seasons where my riders develop into stronger riders and so on.
My team captains are the one SN mentioned, but also Aleksandr Pluchkin. But Rovny, who won TDU, isn't a leader just yet.

a very nice way to build a squad, im just impatient. You have some of the better young guys out there IMO. 3-5 years you will be really nice.

Ok- I did this all wrong. I am 40 and some of you are 14. I built for now and you built for tomorrow. But now having been as part of this, I want to be here and keep this going as long as we can. I have a fantasy football (American) league that is 12 years old. So when you guys go to college and have no time, some of us older guys will have to step in and help out.....
