Adding riders back into a race

Hey all,

Has anyone ever successfully managed to add a rider back into a save game in PCM11?

i.e. a rider has finished outside the time limit and been removed by the game, but then using an editor to put him back in before the next stage

Ive tried changing various settings in the save game with Lachi's Editor that seem relevant, and not yet had any luck

I have no actual knowledge but you could find the last placed rider that is still classified as being in the race, in the save and copy his racing data over to the rider that is out.

I wouldn't know what to do though, its just a thought.

In effect thats what Ive been doing, but changes need to be made in multiple columns in multiple different tables - and its a bit of a challenge to find which ones!

For future reference, two columns need to be edited:

DYN_cyclist -> fkIDrace and fkIDcyclist_state.

Race has to be set to the ID of the race you want the rider to be at.
State has to be set to 1.
