I have a career with Liquigas-Canondale and i have to find a new secondary sponsor so i went to Slovakia, Slovenia and Austria but didn't find any potential sponsors.
Is it because there's no sponsor interested or is it because there are no sponsor in those countries?

If the scout (or whatever he is called in english) does return and tells you that there are no sponsors in that country, then there are none.
Did you try to search in Italy? |

Also, take into account that it can take several months until the scout returns with the offers.

Lachi: Yes, he says that this research is a waste of time because there are no sponsors interested. However, it even happened in Germany so i thought it was because there was no sponsors that wanted to sponsor my team because i doubt that there's none in Germany. |

Well i searched for International, I'll try with National and Regional to see if it work 
Is there a list of all the sponsors available somewhere on the forum? |

The list of sponsors depends on the DB, so open it with an editor and look at the table DYN_sponsor |

I changed my sponsor contract end of the season with Lachiseditor. But now I cannot search new sponsor because there isn't that button where you can search new sponsors. Whether possibility somehow add that "sponsor search button"? |

is it possible to keep the same sponsor when their contract runs out, or do you have to keep changing your sponsor at every end of contract |

You can only renew by manually changing the sponsor contract length in DYN_sponsor. |
