First you need to make the decision if you want to have a balanced team or specialising on one rider type. It could be fun to play a sprinter team.
As you start your career in the continental league, I would not select the best riders like Cavendish, Cancellara, Evans, ....
But if you have no concept of your own, why not starting your career with an real team? By sorting the teams by ranking or country, you get a good overview. Then pick the team based on the country or the riders in it.

Like Lachi said, you have to think about an idea. It´s also a nice thing to create a custom team with some young talents in. If you want to have goals like: King of Mountains and something like that, pick some good climbers but not the best. ( David Moncoutie!?) Take some interesting riders |

The goals are not related to the type of riders you select.
If you want good goals, you have to select a pro tour team. Cyanide didn't care about Conti teams and it manifests in the goals for them.
But the goals have no meaning in PCM2011 because they don't influence your career in any way, so ignore them or select a pro tour team. |

Funny thing, Kittel was my favourite, too. But Kittel isn´t a young talent anymore, I think. He´s already one of the best in sprints. But surely a choice for such a team. Uran is another good alternative.
Arnaud Demare? Also a great talent, although I think he´s not that good in PCM.
Rolland, Tarramae, Felline or Michael Matthews, I guess there are a lot of great talent. |

Sep Vanmarcke, Leopold Konig, Arnaud Demare, Nairo Quintana, Jesus Herrada, Wilco Kelderman, Mattia Cattaneo, Enrico Bataglin, Jessie Sergent, Adrien Petit, Andrew Fenn, Nacer Bouhanni.
Kittel and Uran are young, OK, but not an opcoming talents, they are really good riders right now. |

I have re created the Cervelo Test Team with Thor Hushovd and Juan Jose Cobo leading the team.
I want to implement a Cervelo Test Team banner in my save, just above the date part on career.
Does anyone know the size it needs to be/ how I can resize the picture and what folder this goes in.
Thanks
EDIT: Also how to change my team name into lower case letters

To fix the team name, you can edit your save using any of the editors except the editor which came with the game. |
