PCM 2005 - New races in DB

Hi, everybody!
Tell me, please, how can I add new races or change existing in DB? My RSMP-Editor only lets me to change the names of the races, but not to change profiles and stages. I want to add some new races in DB and make some changes in existing races (for example, change quantity of stages in stage races and replace some profiles), but I can't. How is it possible? Is there an editor that lets make all these things?

The Advanced Editor / Full Editor released for PCM08 works just fine with any version of PCM, including 05.
