So, we begin today with a Team Time Trial, and in a microcosm of the CT as a whole it's between Rapha and Red Bull for the victory, with Bianchi also threatening
Meji-Fuji get us underway, they will be trying to set up home favourite Bauer
Then come Cyclevox, with Mandri working hard on the front
This is a 2 circuit race, which could get confusing, as we see Koppert go through 5km to go.
Puma are set off right in front of Meji, which I am sure will help the Japanese riders.
Gutierrez Palacios leads off for Hollister
Meji have now finished in a time of 11'27"
Which beats out Cyclevox by 1 second
Team VW look to be working well together
But Bianchi look like a well Oilled Machine,
Koppert take the lead by 9 seconds
And Puma go second, 8" back
Now Ferrari come through the start finish line with 1 lap to go
Before Gutierrez Palacios leads Hollister across the line, he didn't get much support as they only manage +10"
Team VW then sneak into the lead, 1 second better than Koppert
Pokerstars are towing Bianchi to the line, and to a provisional first
Ferrari are next, and do poorly, fully 19 seconds off the lead
Now it's Red Bull's turn, but they don't live up to the tag of number one favourites, falling 1 second short of Bianchi
Pokerstars fail to impress at +22" but there will be sprints later.
Rapha have caught Oz cycling as they fly round the course.
And they take the lead, 1" clear of Bianchi
Rothaus go 6th, at +6"
Before local favourite/villans Oz do manage a decent time +11" for 7th
So Froome takes yellow, will he be able to hold onto it?
