Hi, I am planning to start a story on the PCM.Daily 2012 DB and am wondering which team you guys think I should write about. I have attempted to write a story before but that failed miserably and now over a year later I feel ready to give it another go, the teams:
Ag2r-La Mondiale - It is time for ag2r to come into the light after many stagnant years in the World tour. Nicholas Roche has often mounted challenges on the GT podium places but to no avail as he falls short year after year. Will ag2r continue their aggressive riding and finally secure a place in history, on a GT podium, with Nicholas Roche.
Lampre-ISD - Often in the shadows of fellow country team Liquigas-Cannondale they have strong riders and especially good competitors for the Giro in Scarponi and Cunego. Sadly these two riders are coming to the latter stages of their respective careers, along side these Alessandro Petacchi nears retirement. Lampre will look towards a new generation to find that elusive Giro title.
Rabobank - Rabobank are now entering a new era with young GT specialist Robert Gesink entering the prime of his career and new sprinter Mark Renshaw signing from HTC-Highroad for the first time emerging from the shadows of Mark Cavendish. 2012 looks to be a year full of possibility's for Rabobank as they hope to make a serious impact on a GT for the first time.
Vacansoleil-DCM - Vacansoleil finally look a strong team after their promotion the year before last. After surviving their first season in the World Tour, Vacansoleil look to make a serious impact in all types of races with their strong team of all-rounders. One of the most promising riders for 2012 looks to be Thomas De Gendt who will look to do what he does best this season and show the world what Vacansoleil are made of. |

All those teams seem pretty tough to write about, but I voted for Rabo. With these polls odds are either Rabo or Vaconsoleil will win because of all the dutch, so Lampre and Ag2R are kinda irrelevant.
Good luck with whoever you choose, and remember:
The Golden Rule of Story Writing
It’s your story, do your thing. You can do whatever you want with a story, write whatever you want. The main thing is you should enjoy writing it – if you don’t, then you’re doing it for the wrong reasons, and you should stop. So that’s what I like to call the golden rule of story writing:
Only write a story if you enjoy it

I reckon Rabobank would be good
It'd be nice to see Renshaw get lead out for once |

Voted for Lampre, as i started a story, which seemed to be interesting with the skilled veterans and young italian guns. Well i failed to continue with them, but it was fun, really nice team

They'd actually be a fun team to play with, come to think of it. Oh well, can't change my vote.

I would've gone Ag2r if I were you. A good team with no huge stars, and probably fun to play with. Roche can go for the Tour (with Peraud) or the Vuelta, and you have Gadret to destroy the Giro field on the climbs with the help of Dupont.
You also have some decent sprinters in Casper and Belletti, while it'll be interesting to see how your new Iranian recruit does in the WorldTour.
And don't forget that Ag2r have some of the biggest French stage racing talents in Romain Bardet and Guillame Bonnafond.

Squire is right, it would be nice to see how you would get on with Ag2r
All the other teams are well known for stories, so a different one would be a nice challenge for you |

AG2R is what i voted for. I like to ride with AG2R, but I always get stuck in a career. So I think you should go for them. |

AG2R are great to play with because you have a team that is good at everything but brilliant at nothing. So any wins you get make you feel like you've earned them.
