First of all, you should give your talents more than 35 racedays a year, I've heard that 60-80 is ideal.
How many points you get per star depends on how good your coaches are, but if they are good you should get at least 2-3 points per star.
yeah coaches are good....10's in the relevant area....im defo under racing them if 60 is the minimum....you sure about that seems a lot of race days for the top pros
You can race a rider up to 60 days before their form starts decreasing due to too many race days. As for stars:
1 star= 1-2 points of improvemnet
2 star= 3-4 points of improvement
3 star= 5-7 points of improvement
4 star= 8-10 points of improvement
5 star= 11-15 points of improvement
6 star= 16+ points of improvement
The stars are always the same. No matter if you have a trainer or not. There is a limit in the DB and this one won`t be changed with a trainer. But 2-3 per star is still correct.
Also I am pretty sure that there is no difference if he rides 20 or 100 races.
All the necessary information is defined in the DB. Every rider has several days every year, where he will make a development. Then it depends in which stats he already can improve. Otherwise he needs to wait for the next developing day.
Plus there is a general factor being different from rider to rider. Some improve very fast immediately. Others need some time without improving very much but then make a big improving after 2 seasons or so.
thanks all.....ive got some real classy riders in the pipeline....and race them a bit more than i am...been holding back too much on their race days to the detriment of my seasoned pros....
